Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to comply with all local laws and regulations. You are responsible for providing accurate information for all print jobs and must have the rights to any materials submitted. Failure to comply may result in service denial. PrintPro Solutions reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to, inappropriate content, copyright violations, or misuse of our equipment. We aim to provide high-quality results and ask for your cooperation in ensuring the accuracy of submitted orders.

Order Processing Times

Our typical processing time for print orders is up to 100 minutes; however, this may vary based on order complexity and volume. We recommend placing larger orders in advance to allow for adequate preparation and completion time. During peak hours, processing may take longer, and we advise customers to account for potential delays. Customers will receive a notification once their order is ready for pickup or delivery. Please understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect timelines, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during such times.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for complete customer satisfaction with every print job. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your prints, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly discuss your concerns and work to resolve any issues, including reprints or refunds where applicable. Our goal is to ensure that our clients are happy with the final products. Please note that this guarantee does not apply to errors made by the customer in the original submission.
